Do I have to come back to you if I have problems with my bike?Updated 10 months ago
We have our JITENSHA bike workshop in our Paris Showroom which specializes in our bikes, so it's best to go through us if you can. If you have problems with the motor/battery part of the Ebike, you can make an initial diagnosis remotely via the app. If the problem persists, we'll take care of repairs, wheel changes and shipping during the 2-year warranty period. For the rest of the bike, all parts are standardized, so you can go to any other bike shop. With a minimum of regular maintenance (brake pads, tire inflation, cleaning, chain lubrication), your bike will stay in top condition for a long time.

In Annecy and Geneva, we welcome you every day of the week and at weekends, by appointment, to carry out all types of repairs on your JITENSHA.
