I can't connect to the application.Updated a year ago

Here are 3 things to check if you can't connect to your application:

- Have you accepted all the authorization requests made when you downloaded the application? This enables the application to connect to your phone's Bluetooth.

- Do you have a good Internet connection when you want to connect to the application?

- Have you switched on your motor? You can do this by charging the bike or by lifting the saddle and cranking. The flashing green LED on the side tells you that your motor is switched on. Your bike can then connect via Bluetooth to the app!
