Batteries are sensitive and evolving components. Caring for your battery will help maintain its performance and extend its lifespan.
All our engines are equipped with a Battery Management System (BMS), which helps optimize battery lifespan and ensures safe operation.

Important usage guidelines:

• Use only the charger supplied with your bike
• Always ride with the protective cap securely closed over the charging connector
• Avoid leaving your bike in direct sunlight for extended periods (heat can damage the battery; cold temperatures do not damage it but temporarily reduce its range)
• If possible, store your bike in a dry place
• If the bike is not used for more than one month, check the battery level regularly and keep it at 60%
• Never leave the battery completely discharged. Very low voltage over time can damage the battery cells

Please note:

The BMS shuts down when the battery reaches 3%. This helps prevent the battery voltage from dropping too low and damaging the cells.

Your motor and battery are covered by a 2-year warranty, provided there is no misuse (high-pressure washing, physical damage, use without the protective cap).
