JITENSHA guarantees every new bike against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years. The E-JITENSHA motor and battery have a 2-year warranty. Your warranty will only be processed if you have valid proof of purchase. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective parts, or a defective frame, and is the sole remedy of the warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling or assembly, or maintenance or installation of accessories and parts.
