We hand-assemble our bikes to order in our workshop.

We offer several delivery options depending on your country.

In France and Europe, delivery takes a maximum of 2 to 3 weeks.

Where do we deliver?

Traditional Jitensha (singlespeed and 2-speed): Worldwide.

Jitensha e-bike: Europe, including Switzerland and the United Kingdom (battery transport regulations prevent Jitensha e-bikes from being shipped by air).

How is your Jitensha delivered?

Every bike is 100% assembled and adjusted before leaving our workshop. For transportation, we need to remove a few components.

We offer different delivery options, requiring anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes of assembly when you receive your Jitensha.

• Pickup at our Paris showroom, Annecy workshop, or one of our partners (including Meister in Geneva). Come in and leave with your bike fully adjusted to your needs. Delivery is free.

• Delivered assembled including accessories. You can be riding your Jitensha within seconds. Watch the video here.

• Delivered assembled excluding basket, front wheel, front mudguard, pedals. This option requires a little more assembly if you have accessories at the front of your Jitensha (such as a basket or mudguard), as these components do not fit inside the box.
