If you have ordered a JITENSHA, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you've ordered accessories, you'll receive your tracking link as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Pay in instalments with ALMA
Payment terms under 90 days. Payment in 3 or 4 instalments, with or without charges for the customer, is considered a payment facility. The first payment is made at the time of purchase, which means that 3 monthly instalments remain to be paid for a

Detax
For our Swiss customers, you can detax your purchase by collecting your bikes directly from our workshop in Annecy. We will provide you with the necessary documents for customs clearance, and will then refund the French VAT (20%) paid at the time of
Invoice
For each JITENSHA, you will receive your invoice by e-mail as soon as payment has been received in full. For all other payments we do not necessarily send the invoice. Please contact us to receive it.
Where can I find my frame number? copy
You'll find your frame number engraved on the underside of your bottom bracket. If you have any doubts, don't hesitate to contact us, we'll be happy to confirm it.
