Specific after-sales service for E-JITENSHA electric-assist bicycles:

Thanks to the iOS or Android app connected via Bluetooth to your E-JITENSHA, we are able to perform a remote diagnosis to analyze your motor.

2 types of problem :

- Software problem: remotely, we are able to “reset” your motor to correct possible inconsistencies between the motor and the app.

- Hardware problem: for hardware repairs, our technicians in Annecy and Geneva are trained and have the parts required to replace any parts on your motor. If the problem is material/mechanical, we organize, at our expense (during the warranty period), shipping to and from our workshops in Annecy and Geneva (and packaging if necessary) for repair. Once repaired, we will ship the repaired wheel to the desired address. We always do our best to repair your engine/rear wheel within 10 days.

If your motor is under warranty and a more substantial repair (or complete wheel replacement) is required, we will cover 100% of the shipping and repair costs. We have an agreement with 100 Mail Boxes Etc centers in France, and we'll send you a label for returning the complete wheel (which can be dismantled with a 17 mm wrench, in 5 minutes and without any technical skills). If you don't want to pack the wheel yourself, and you're close to an MBE center, they'll do it for you. How long does the battery last, and can it be replaced? The life of a battery is 3 to 5 years. We can replace the battery in our workshop. If it is out of warranty, the cost of a new battery is €633, including labor and shipping. The battery cannot be replaced directly by our users.
