If, unfortunately, you don't like your JITENSHA, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt. To be convinced, come and try it out by making an appointment via this link.

To return your JITENSHA, it must be in its original packaging, in perfect condition, and must not have been assembled or used.

If you have ridden your JITENSHA, we will have to charge a loss-of-value fee of up to €500. It is no longer saleable as new.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us the completed and signed withdrawal form by e-mail to [email protected] or by post to the address indicated on the form. Please include photos of the entire product. 

You then have 14 days to return the products to us. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

For the return of a JITENSHA bike, we can help you organize the return transport and collection from your home. We will invoice you for the actual cost of transport, between €100 and €150 (mainland France).

Once the products have been received and found to be in order, we will refund you using your original method of payment.
