For the motor, if you notice a problem, we can diagnose it remotely. If the problem is software, it can be solved remotely. If it's a hardware problem, we'll arrange for your wheel to be transported to the workshop. The beauty of the system is that there are no cables or batteries in the frame, making all operations much easier. The warranty covers all transportation costs, parts and labor for 2 years. The only item not covered is the connector, which must always be covered by its plug. Loaner wheels are available in our Paris and Annecy workshops.
